Dunedin to Catlins

Start your day with a 2-hour drive from Dunedin to the Catlins. Arrive at Nugget Point, one of the most iconic locations in the Catlins. To Glenorchy and Paradise Valley

Walk the Great Walk Routeburn and picnic by the Routeburn river. Start from Routeburn Shelter to Routeburn Flats hut and return. This is a proper tramping track but well
formed. The trail enters thick rainforest and crosses several picturesque suspension bridges.

The track winds through some spectacular landscapes along the crystal clear Routeburn river. 3 hours return.
